Product Description
Vedete's Fake Engagement Ring - 5 CT CZ Diamond is made to resemble Ashlee Simpson's vintage inspired engagement ring, with a striking 5 carat princess cut CZ center stone in a bezel setting. Our version of Ashlee's engagement ring is bordered by angled pave cubic zirconia stones that continue half-way down the band. 2mm thick sterling silver band and settings have been dipped in rhodium electroplating for the elegant shine of platinum. 7.4 grams. The newly engaged Simpson will have lots of eyes on her ring finger, so why shouldn't you too? Also similar to the huge diamond engagement ring worn by Ali Larter on the cover of Lucky magazine! Metal: .925 sterling silver jewelry, Rhodium electroplated Stones: Cubic Zirconia Cut: Princess cut jewelry Setting: Bezel set, Pave set jewelry Carats: Center stone is approx. 5 carats Dimensions: Band is approx. 2 mm thick Weight: Approx. 7.4 grams

4 out of 5 stars a prank for the girl   July 5, 2010
Gene Smith Co (Dallas, Texas)
It is what it is. It looks okay but you're not going to fool anyone into thinking it is a real diamond but that wasn't my intent. For me it is for a prank to maybe get someone to not be so serious. We'll soon see how that works out for me. To this end it is what I was looking for. If it had looked a bit more authentic it of course would have been excellent but it was just about what I expected for the cost.
